I had a great experience at this luxurious hotel! The location around the mountains provided a beautiful backdrop and the view of the lake was stunning. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to surprise my wife on our wedding anniversary. They even sent a cake with a personalized note, which made her incredibly happy. The variety of choices for breakfast was impressive, and the food was delicious. The comfortable rooms, equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar, ensured a relaxing stay. I also enjoyed spending time at the rooftop basketball court, which was amazing!

The rooms were reasonably large and functional, with a big bed. The breakfast was good and with various dishes. The staff was friendly and excellent and provided superb services.

All great, everything you need for the weekend. The breakfast is very good, offered with from Western and Indonesian menus, as example. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a great view and a dining table, as example and care about everyone:)))

Room was well-maintained. Staff were affable. - Enjoyed climate control, an individual safe, and an LCD TV in the room. - the location was nice, overlooking the mountain. - the restaurant offered delicious dishes.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to toll roads and many restaurants. The modern and clean bathrooms were impressive, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was quite good. Additionally, the suite room was well equipped, spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view of nature.

The gym was too small to work out in and the equipment was limited.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The rooms were big enough for all of us and the breakfast had many options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the chicken noodles and the egg station. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was also great, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony and a nice pool to relax in.

We did notice some areas of improvement. The towel counter at the pool was always empty and there was only one staff member in charge, which made it difficult to get assistance.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were impressive. Additionally, the staff were well-trained and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. my experience was nothing short of wonderful.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complementary drink and fruit basket that were offered upon arrival. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions. the swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind during the day.

the bedsheets had stains and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
